Course Verification Information
Course Verification Letters for 2008-2009
Course Verification letters were mailed
on Friday, April 25, 2008. Parents should look for
these blue sheets in the mail. These letters list
all of the courses that a student is signed up for
in the 2008-2009 school year. This is not a daily
schedule. Students will receive class schedules in
the fall. Parents and Students should take this opportunity
to review these course selections carefully. If a
student would like to change a course, the blue form
must be returned with a parent signature to the counseling
office by Friday, May 16, 2008.
The request should clearly identify which course(s)
should be dropped and which course(s) should be added
on the appropriate line(s) of the blue verification
letter. We will accept faxed copies of change
requests until 5:00 pm on May 16th at 301-649-2823. Please
note that we will only accept change requests in
writing either in the counseling office or via fax.

Change of Level Requests
A student requesting a level change that is different from the teacher
recommendations must complete a Request for Recommendation Change form.
This form can be picked up in the counseling office. It is a yellow sheet that
requires parent and student signatures.
